Coaching for the skills school quietly expects but never teaches.

For students from 3rd grade through high school, with most of our coaching students in middle and high school. Executive function challenges look different from student to student, so the program is flexible and individualized.

How it works

Because these challenges differ from student to student, we identify the biggest barriers first, build supportive systems around them, teach practical strategies, and gradually hand the tools over so students use them on their own.

  1. Intake

Parent and student intake to understand routines, strengths, challenges, and priorities at school and at home. We set primary and secondary goals.

  2. Strategize together

We involve parents and family so support is consistent at home, and coordinate with the school where it helps.

  3. Apply the tools

Hands-on practice with organization, planning, task initiation, and time management, in real situations from your student's week.

  4. Fade the support

As students see results, we step back so the skills belong to them.
